We are proud to announce that our parties were runner-up for best place to have a party by Washington Families Magazine in 2006.  This is our second year in a row in being awarded this distinguished honor.  Our sporting environment creates the perfect atmosphere for a fun-filled event! Take your party out to one of our sports fields or courts where you and your guests will play the sport of your choice. Then you will enjoy one of our large party rooms, and enjoy great food from Fat Punks Express. Best of all, you don't have to do a thing. Enjoy the spacious comfort of the SportsPlex and leave the work to us. No set-up, no clean-up! Choose from one of the packages below.

Please Note:  There is no outside food or drink allowed.  All food is catered by Fat Punks Express.  Anything you need they can provide!  The only  exceptions to this rule are cake and ice cream.  If you bring in outside food you will be assessed an additional fee of $75 for parties of 20 people or less and $100 for parties of 20 people or more.

NEW! Inflatables Parties!

Dulles SportsPlex is proud to offer our all-new inflatables parties! We are so excited to be offering these bright and cheerful moonbounce and obstacle course inflatables. Your kids will scream with delight as they jump, spin and slide their way through these awesome bouncers.

Your inflatables party will include the same great food and fun that our sport packages include. In addition, you will receive two party attendants to make sure your children remain safe and sound. (Because every package includes the two attendants, there is no referee supplied with the Supreme Sport Package.)

Due to safety regulations, inflatables parties cannot exceed 15 children. Socks should be worn by all children. No shoes are allowed in the inflatables.

Party Procedure: When you book a party
Above is a floorplan of the facility. The party registration form should direct you to the field/court and party room that you will be using for your party.

Check-in
When you first come in the front door, please check the dry-erase board on your right for any minor adjustments to your party placement. If no one greets you, step up to the office to your right and check in with management. We will direct you to your field or court.

Equipment
Equipment can be checked out at the information desk for soccer, flag football, basketball, wiffleball or volleyball. A driver’s license will be required to check out equipment. We reserve the right to charge your credit card for any equipment which is lost, damaged or stolen during the course of the party. Please return equipment immediately following the sports activity.

Referees
We must have at least 5 days of advanced notice to arrange for a referee if one is desired for your party.

Party Changes
Any party date or time changes occurring within 3 weeks of the scheduled party date will result in forfeiture of the original $50 deposit, and a new deposit will be required.  There are no exceptions to this policy.

Reserve a Spot Early
With the high demand for field space at the facility, you should reserve your party as early as possible. Call the Sportsplex now and check for available times.

  • A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve a spot.
  • A credit card number is required to reserve a party.
  • A 5% Dulles City Entertainment Tax will be added to the overall bill when full payment is made.
  • Full Payment is required on the date of the party.
  • We reserve the right to bill your credit card if full payment is not received at the end of the party.
  • For parties of 20 persons or more, you will receive a 10% discount.
  • For parties of 25 persons or more, it is recommended that you rent out two fields in your package. Call for prices of the additional space.
