All teams are required to submit a Roster and Waiver form prior to their first game. Failure to do so could result in a forfeiture of games or removal from the league.

- The league follows all USATT rules.
- A match shall consist of the best of seven games.

Please Note:

- Each player must bring their own paddle and ping pong balls.
- All games are played without an umpire.
- The games will take place in the Small Training Area.
- The maximum time allowed for each match is 55 minutes.

League Rules: Please Note, everyone is required to know the Dulles SportsPlex rules. You will not be exempt from the rules because they did not know house policies.
