$850 per team (includes tax and referee fees)
- Roster/waivers, proof of age with photo id and full payment due on or before January 1, 2009.

$250 non-refundable deposit per team, per session

All teams are required to submit a completed, signed Dulles SportsPlex roster/waiver form, proof of age for all rostered players and full payment on or before the specified dates listed below.  Failure to do so will result in a $50 late fee, forfeiture of games or removal from the league.

All BYE REQUESTS must be submitted via e-mail. please submit to info@dullessportsplex.com.

We are no longer taking BYE requests for Winter Session 1. All Winter Session 2 BYE requests must be received on or before Friday, October 2, 2009. All requests received after those dates will not be considered.

 

League Rules: Please Note, All teams are required to know the Dulles SportsPlex rules. Teams will not be exempt from the rules because they did not know house policies.

 

Referee Complaints:

All referee complaint forms need to be sent via e-mail. Included in the e-mail must be the date & time of the game, field number and the names of the two teams involved in the game. We take referee complaints very seriously.  Click Here to send a complaint.

Please Note:
All teams are responsible for knowing all policies of the Dulles SportsPlex--Teams will not be exempt from the rules because they did not know house policies. A $250 non-refundable deposit is required to hold your team's league spot. Full payment is due at or prior to the registration day. Payment received after this date is subject to a $50 late fee. Leagues are filled on a first come, first serve basis. Acceptable forms of payment are check, cash, Visa or MasterCard.

All teams will be placed into divisions by the commissioners of your respective leagues.

Teams cannot be moved out of the divisions in which they are placed. Please fill out the registration form carefully. Management will base division structures on this registration form. If the registration form has misinformation, this could result in the placement of your team in the wrong division. If this does happen, your team may be withdrawn from the league.

Management has the discretion to combine divisions.

There will be no rescheduling of games.  Teams will be allowed to request one date as a bye in their schedule. Bye request deadlines will be posted, so be sure and get your bye in prior to this deadline.  Once the season begins, schedules will not be changed.  All notifications for byes must come in writing to the SportsPlex via email. If you call and leave a message, management does not consider this an official request. If your request does not appear listed on our published list (look in the "Accepted Teams" list), it will not be honored.  Teams will not be allowed to request two byes in one season. Finally, some byes are not possible to honor. Teams must understand that requests for byes are not guaranteed.  Our schedulers will do everything they can to honor requests but if they are unable, games will not be rescheduled.

A representative from each team is required to turn in full rosters, waivers, and proof of age, for each player on or prior to the registration day listed above. Registration day represents the last day you can turn in materials without receiving a late fee or possible removal from the league. Proof of age includes: birth certificates, passports, and MSYSA or VSYSA sanctioned player cards. Teams that miss the registration deadline are subject to a $50 late fee or possible removal from the league.
