SUMMER SESSION

June. 19-Aug. 7, 2010 (no games 7/3)

Time: 1-7pm (Saturdays)

            1-5pm (Sundays)
- $395 per team (includes tax and referee fees)
- Roster/waivers, proof of age with photo id and full payment due on or before June 1, 2010.
 

Get six games and a FREE PRACTICE per week. Also all teams signed up for the summer league, will receive early registration and 10% OFF upcoming Winter session 1 or 2. Winners receive trophies and teams can have unlimited rosters.

Summer:  $150 non-refundable deposit per team

  All BYE REQUESTS must be submitted via e-mail. please submit to info@dullessportsplex.com.
  
  All Summer Session BYE requests must be received on or before June 1, 2010. All requests received after those dates will not be considered.

Please Note:
All teams are responsible for knowing all policies of the Dulles SportsPlex.  Teams will not be exempt from the rules because they did not know house policies. A $250 non-refundable deposit is required to hold your team's league spot. Full payment is due at or prior to the registration day. Payment received after this date is subject to a $50 late fee. Leagues are filled on a first come, first serve basis. Acceptable forms of payment are check, cash, Visa or MasterCard.

Referee Complaints:

All referee complaint forms need to be sent via e-mail. Included in the e-mail must be the date & time of the game, field number and the names of the two teams involved in the game. We take referee complaints very seriously.  Click Here to send a complaint.

Download Waiver/Roster Here :  You can complete your roster online.
All teams are required to submit a completed, signed Dulles SportsPlex roster/waiver form and full payment a week before the league starts.  Failure to do so will result in a $50 late fee, forfeiture of games or removal from the league.  Waivers can be done online to make it easier.  Once you register a team, we will send you a link to manager your rosters.
